Total revamp of two prominent Century City properties.

In March 2016, Nordic Light Properties embarked on the exciting redevelopment project of our two prominent Century City buildings – 15 & 17 Boundary Road.

With a combined GLA of over 4000sqm, the 7 million rand refurbishment was a first for Nordic Light Properties. An experienced development team beautifully restored and modernized the 2 properties bringing with it a hype of activity already resulting in 5 signed leases which provides a strong base moving forward.

The refurb is nearing completion and is one we as a team are extremely proud of.
